The VIP Circle Client Terms
October 13, 2026 | Nick Nanninga
When a woman sees your results and asks what you're doing, the VIP Circle is our way of saying thank you for sharing.
These terms from The VIP Collective take effect October 26, 2026.
You're Already In
Every current and past VIP client, and every member of our team, is part of the Circle. There's nothing to sign up for, and no limit on how many friends you can share with.
Team members' thank-yous are paid through payroll, and a coach who enrolls her own referral earns her usual commission instead.
Two Easy Ways to Share
1. Connect Us โ Earn $300
When a friend asks what you're doing, just ask her, "Want me to connect you with my coach?"
If she says yes, start a group text or Messenger thread with her and your VIP coach, or pass her details to your coach.
When she joins, we send you $300.
2. She Mentions You โ Earn $100
If your friend books on her own and tells us you sent her, we send you $100 when she joins.
When Your Thank-You Arrives
Your friend just needs to join within 90 days of her first call.
Once she's been with us for her first 30 days, your thank-you goes out in our next monthly payout, by direct deposit or Venmo.
If she's on a payment plan, it goes out once her second payment clears too.
After your first friend joins, we may send you a little something extra: a Circle necklace.
Your Friend's Privacy
When your friend books, we'll ask if it's okay to let you know she's booked and joined.
A thank-you would tell you she did, so it's paid only with her OK.
If she'd rather keep it private, we'll respect that and send you a heartfelt note instead, because we're grateful you thought of her.
Keep It Real
Share your story anytime. Whenever you mention VIP, in a text, a DM or a post, just add one line:
"VIP may pay me a referral reward if you join."
Your coach will mention it in a group text too.
Share your own experience only: no promised results, and no talk about medications, dosages or what a provider will prescribe.
A Few Housekeeping Notes
We'll ask for a quick W-9 before your first thank-you. Thank-yous may count as income, so we'll send a tax form if you receive $2,000 or more in a year.
Licensed health professionals are welcome to share VIP. Circle thank-yous don't apply to them; their referrals are handled under a separate agreement with us.
Thank-yous aren't available for referring yourself or someone in your household.
If two people share the same friend, the first introduction logged by her coach gets the thank-you.
We may update the Circle from time to time, and we'll always honor any thank-you you've already earned.
These terms are governed by Iowa law.

The Full Terms
The fine print, written as plainly as we can.
Draft for Emily's review; bracketed items are still to be confirmed.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
By sharing VIP with a friend or accepting a thank-you, you agree to these terms, including the summary above.
If the summary and these full terms ever differ, these full terms apply.
2. Who Can Take Part
You must be 18 or older and a current or past VIP client or a VIP team member, living in a state where VIP offers the Circle.
Licensed health professionals are welcome to refer, but Circle thank-yous don't apply to them. Their referrals, including any regular referral relationship, are governed by VIP's separate written agreement for licensed providers.
We may decline or end anyone's participation if these terms aren't followed.
3. How a Referral Qualifies
A referral earns a thank-you when all of these are true:
Your friend agreed to be connected with VIP before you shared her details or added a coach to a text, or she named you herself at booking.
She enrolls in the VIP Weight Loss System within 90 days of her first booked call.
She completes her first 30 days as a client. If she's on a payment plan, her second payment has also cleared.
She agreed at booking that we may let you know she joined and thank you.
She isn't you or a member of your household [confirm: and hasn't been a VIP client before].
If more than one person refers the same friend, the first introduction logged by her coach earns the thank-you. Our records decide.
4. Thank-Yous
A direct introduction earns $300 and an indirect referral earns $100, once per enrolled friend, with no limit on how many friends you refer.
Thank-yous are paid in our monthly payout run by direct deposit or Venmo.
Team members are paid through payroll, and a coach who enrolls her own referral earns her usual commission instead.
The Circle necklace is sent once, after your first friend qualifies.
Thank-yous can't be transferred, combined with other offers or exchanged for anything else.
5. Taxes
We'll ask for a W-9 before your first thank-you.
Thank-yous may be taxable income, and we'll send a tax form if you receive $2,000 or more in a calendar year.
You're responsible for any taxes you owe.
6. Sharing the Right Way
We love it when you share, and we ask that you:
Ask your friend before sharing her contact details or adding a coach to a text.
Include "VIP may pay me a referral reward if you join" whenever you mention VIP in a text, DM, introduction or post.
Share your own experience only: no promised results, and nothing about medications, dosages or what a provider will prescribe.
Skip spam, mass texts and messages to people who haven't asked to hear from you.
Don't run paid ads, or use VIP's name, logo or Kim's image in ads, usernames or websites, without our written OK.
Never present yourself as speaking for VIP.
7. Your Relationship with VIP
Sharing VIP doesn't make you an employee, agent or representative of VIP, and you can't make promises or commitments on our behalf.
For team members, this program sits alongside your employment and doesn't change it.
8. Privacy
We use your information and your friend's to run the Circle, as described in our privacy policy [link].
We never share your friend's health information with you.
Your name as her referrer comes only from our booking form, never from her medical intake.
9. Reversals
We may withhold or reverse a thank-you if a referral turns out to be fraudulent, doesn't meet these terms, or is refunded or charged back.
If a thank-you was already paid in that case, we may ask for it back.
10. Unclaimed Thank-Yous
If we can't pay a thank-you because a W-9 or payment details never arrive within [90] days of our request, the thank-you may be forfeited.
11. Changes to the Circle
We may change, pause or end the Circle at any time.
We'll post updated terms and always honor any thank-you you've already earned.
12. Limits on Liability
To the extent the law allows, VIP isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses connected with the Circle, and our total responsibility is limited to thank-yous you've earned but not yet received.
13. Questions or Disagreements
If something doesn't feel right, please talk to us first and we'll do our best to make it right.
These terms are governed by Iowa law.
The Circle is void where prohibited.
