VIP Health Solutions LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, doing business as The VIP Collective (“VIP Collective,” “VIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides nutrition coaching, education, and accountability services. The information provided through our website(s), emails, social media, coaching calls, program materials, and related communications is for general informational and educational purposes only.

1. Not Medical Advice

VIP Collective does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing contained in the Services should be construed as medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

Participation in VIP Collective does not create a physician-patient relationship.

2. HIPAA and Clinical Services Clarification

VIP Collective does not provide medical services and does not collect or maintain protected health information (“PHI”) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). Any medical information or PHI collected by licensed prescribers through Integrated Wellness Alliance LLC is governed by those providers’ HIPAA Notices of Privacy Practices and not by this Medical Disclaimer.

3. Clinical Services Provided by Independent Licensed Prescribers

If you request clinical evaluation and it is clinically appropriate, medical services may be provided by independently contracted licensed prescribers through the Integrated Wellness Alliance (“IWA”). Prescribers are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, including whether any prescription tools are appropriate and how they are managed.

VIP Collective coaches do not prescribe, determine dosing, or make medical decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary. VIP Collective makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, including weight loss, body composition changes, or improvements in any condition. Any results discussed are examples only and are not a promise of future performance.

5. Emergency Situations

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical attention immediately. Do not delay seeking medical care based on information provided by VIP Collective.

6. Assumption of Risk

By participating in VIP Collective, you acknowledge that wellness and nutrition programs involve inherent risks and that you are responsible for your own health decisions. You agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns and prior to making changes to your health regimen.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Services

VIP Collective may reference third-party services, pharmacies, or tools for convenience. VIP Collective is not responsible for third-party content, performance, or services, and makes no warranties regarding any third-party offerings unless explicitly stated.
